Description
Seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team. As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy that supports our marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a versatile individual with a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and a proactive approach to IT solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Team Leadership:** – Lead and manage a team of 3 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. – Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- **Technology Strategy:** – Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. – Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- **Infrastructure Management:** – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. – Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- **System Administration:** – Take a hands-on approach in system administration tasks, including network administration, server maintenance, and user support. – Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- **Cybersecurity:** – Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data and systems. – Stay vigilant against potential security threats and proactively address vulnerabilities.
- **Software Development:** – Collaborate with marketing teams to understand technology needs for campaign execution. – Oversee the development and maintenance of in-house software solutions.
- **Budget Management:** – Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. – Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT department. – Strong technical skills across a broad range of IT disciplines. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technology solutions. – Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
