Description
This position is also responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project.

Major responsibilities

– Proactively recognize and resolve risks

– Lead cross functional projects across a variety of functions or systems

– Recognize and manage project interdependencies

– Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives

– Assign people to appropriate tasks in order to leverage team talent

– Create and work on complex project plans and key milestones
Requirements
– If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you
– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
– Cisco Networking experience
– Expertise in VMware
– Foundational knowledge in project management
– Adeptness in cross functional project management
– Azure Stack experience
– IT infrastructure libraries experience highly desired
– Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
– Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
– Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

– This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
– Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position
– Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
– We are particularly looking for candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification
